Ethan A. Singer, Ph.D., MSN, NP-C has been involved in emergency medicine for over twenty-two years. He has worked in emergency departments in both metropolitan and rural settings. Currently he works in a rural critical-access hospital in the Catskill region of New York State.  Dr. Singer also practices family medicine in the rural town of Callicoon, New York.  He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health Promotion / Human Development from Marywood University, Scranton, Pennsylvania and also has a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner from Misericordia University, Dallas, Pennsylvania.  He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Primary and Acute Care.  He lives in Hawley, Pennsylvania with his wife and his two dogs.
